My work is rooted in a primarily somatic, body-based approach, gently supporting you in reconnecting with your nervous system and what your body is holding. This helps us access deeper patterns and experiences before engaging the mind. From this foundation, we integrate cognitive approaches like CBT, a talk-based approach, that helps bring awareness to the thought patterns shaping your experience, blending insight with embodied awareness to create lasting, meaningful change. 


Together, we move at a pace that honours your system, fostering understanding and transformation in a way that feels uniquely tailored to you.


Our work is integrative and collaborative, drawing on approaches such as:
